Throughout their career, Mike has held significant positions, including Lead Designer, where Mike established the design department with a focus on package design, and Macintosh Foreman, managing the preparation of customer files for printing. Their earlier roles include Graphic Artist at Grace Label, Incorporated, and Artist at The Printer, Inc., showcasing a strong foundation in design and digital workflow processes. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Art from Des Moines Area Community College, completed in 1991.
