Monica Miller has over two decades of experience in accounting and administrative roles, currently serving as an Accounting Clerk at The ALC Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include setting up job and project schedules, tracking production numbers, and managing time and material allocations. Prior to this role, Monica worked at the Jackson County Public Administrators Office for nearly 19 years as a Paralegal/Accounting Clerk, enhancing office efficiency through the development of checklists and serving as project manager for inventory tracking. Monica's career began at Ozark National Life Insurance, where duties included maintaining group billing accounts, processing payments, and coordinating payroll for a substantial number of insurance agents. Monica completed education at Grandview Senior High School.
