Brian Blessington

Brian Blessington is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Aleut since December 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held positions as a Human Resource Business Partner at the Alaska Department Of Natural Resources from February 2022 to December 2024 and at the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation from November 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing human resources for approximately 450 unionized and non-unionized employees. Additionally, from July 2012 to June 2021, Brian acted as the Treasurer for the Anchorage Concert Chorus, overseeing financial management and compliance for the organization. Brian also worked as a Financial Advisor at Clare Advisors between January 2019 and January 2021. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, earned in January 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Cultural Anthropology from the same institution, completed in January 2012.
