Rebecca Schultz is a seasoned professional in property management and design, currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at The Alexander Company since April 2019. With a long tenure at The Alexander Company, Inc. beginning in December 2003, Rebecca has also held roles as a Design/Construction Assistant and Client Services Coordinator, demonstrating expertise in reading construction plans, coordinating tenant improvements, and managing property inspections and maintenance. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Colorado Mesa University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
