Francesca Lanza Tans is the CEO of The Alexander Partnership, where Francesca serves as an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor to CEOs, Boards, and Executive Teams. Francesca is also a Partner at the same company. With a background as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and experience in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, Francesca has a Master's degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
