Jordan Custer

Jordan Custer has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and design industries. Currently serving as Floor Manager at The Alinea Group since October 2015, Jordan oversees operations with a strong emphasis on guest service and team management. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group from 2011 to 2014, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, COGS, hiring, scheduling, and training. Additionally, Jordan worked as an Office Assistant at Gensler from May 2000 to August 2007. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Visualization from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, earned between 2005 and 2009.
