Mark Vosswinkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations, currently serving as a Technical Specialist at The Alliance since July 2021. Previous roles include Operations Support Senior at Virtual Benefits Administrator, where responsibilities centered around resolving file-related issues, and Data Integration Specialist at Wage Works, focusing on data verification and integrity. Mark's career also includes significant contributions as a System Analyst at Fidelity National Information Services, where expertise in PL/SQL, data reporting, and client liaison was cultivated. Early career positions included Technical Writer at Siemens Energy, Accounts Manager at Generac Power Systems, and account management at OMC Evinrude. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has further education in Engineering and Scrum methodologies.
