Mike Roche

Mike Roche has a strong background in business development and member services. Mike started their career in 2004 as an Employee Benefits Sales Specialist at CUNA Mutual Group, where they worked until 2013. Mike then joined Digital Benefit Advisors as a Regional Sales Advisor in the Credit Union Services Division, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, Mike has been with The Alliance, initially as a Member Services Manager and later as the Director of Business Development.

Mike Roche received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lakeland University. Mike attended the university from 1988 to 2000.
