The Alliance
Terri Wilberg is an experienced Provider Operations Coordinator at The Alliance since January 2023, with a robust background in claims processing and provider support. Previously, Terri worked for WEA Trust from October 2002 to December 2022 as a Provider Support Representative, where responsibilities included analyzing and adjudicating claims related to provider entries in the Health Rules system. Earlier in career, Terri served as a Documentation Analyst at Walgreens Health Initiatives from June 2000 to July 2002, focusing on creating medical necessity certificates and navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care guidelines for claims processing.
