Meagan Metzger

Meagan Metzger is the Founder and CEO of Dcode, a position held since February 2015, and serves as a General Partner at Dcode Capital since November 2019. Metzger co-founded The Alliance for Commercial Technology in Government in November 2020 and sits on its Board of Directors, advocating for innovative technology startups in collaboration with the U.S. government. Additionally, Meagan has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum since March 2020, focusing on innovation in national security. Metzger is also a Federal Advisory Board Member for Wickr since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at The Efiia Group and Chief Strategy Officer at P3 Partners LLC, where strategic initiatives and operational processes were developed. Previous positions also encompass management of significant federal programs and business systems analysis at CACI International Inc. Metzger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Applied Science and Technology from The George Washington University.
