Arnaldo Jara has been with Alliance for Positive Change since March 2009, starting as an Assistant Case Manager and working their way up to Vice President of Care Management & Treatment Adherence. With a background in psychology and a Master of Business Administration from LIU Brooklyn, Arnaldo has shown dedication and leadership in managing and supervising care management staff, ensuring client encounters meet billable standards, conducting trainings, and collaborating with other departments for referrals towards agency programs. At Catholic Charities, Arnaldo worked as a Case Worker before advancing in their career at Alliance for Positive Change.
