Alliance for Positive Change
Matthew Echevarria has a solid background in patient care and community service, currently serving in a Patient Care role at The Alliance for Positive Change since November 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Group Leader and Aide at Henry Street Settlement, where Matthew supported students in grades 2-3 with homework and recreational activities. Matthew also interned at Madison York Assisted Living Community, assisting case managers and engaging with seniors, and worked in the Health Service office at York College, managing immunization files and medical records. Additionally, experience as a Change Agent with CUNY Creative Arts Team contributed to Matthew's development in community-focused initiatives. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Minor in Fine Arts and Community Health Education from York College of the City University of New York, completed in 2015.
