Michael Prokop

Michael Prokop is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of leadership experience in the energy and digital sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Digital Transformation and Sustainability at The Alliance Risk Group, LLC since September 2020, Michael leverages extensive knowledge to provide management consulting services focused on operational risk, compliance, cyber-security, and digital transformation. Prior roles include Managing Director and US Blockchain Lead at Deloitte, where Michael emphasized the need for enhanced industry transparency and security, and Managing Director of The Alliance Risk, where foundational business development efforts were undertaken. Michael has held key positions across various organizations, including CME Group, Amerex Brokers, and Merrill Lynch Commodities, with educational credentials from the University of Rhode Island, holding a BA in Economics, Data Processing, and Military Science.
