Bhumika Khurana

Bhumika Khurana is a research analyst at The Ally Venture since September 2025. Prior to this role, Bhumika served as a US Senior Recruiter at SPECTRAFORCE from January 2022 to September 2025, and previously held positions as a US Recruiter within the same organization. Bhumika's experience includes a brief tenure as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at GrowVation, along with internships focusing on human resources at several companies including Acelot Innovation Private Limited and Interestopedia India Private Limited, where responsibilities included recruitment and team management. Bhumika began the professional journey after completing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kurukshetra University. Bhumika also has event management experience from NavKiran, where event organization for MBA students was the focus.
