Sejal Jain is a seasoned recruitment professional with experience in both technical and non-technical hiring. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at The Ally Venture since February 2023 and a Recruitment Consultant at Zetter Recruitment since June 2023, Sejal has previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amazon, where involvement included Tech recruitment focusing on candidates with expertise in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing for Amazon Ads.
