Caroline Therwath-Chavier is the Chief Executive Officer at The Allyance, where Caroline helps companies and candidates in recruitment and diversity. Caroline is also the Co-Founder of Paris Women in Machine Learning and Data Science, a community for women in tech fields. Caroline has a Master's degree in General Management from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris.
