Allison Lardner has extensive experience in community engagement and event management. Allison is currently serving as the Vice President of Field Development & Community Engagement at The ALS Association. Prior to this, they worked at Save the Children US, where they held the role of Director of National Events and Community Engagement. Allison also has a strong background in the non-profit sector, having worked at The ALS Association in various positions, including National Director of Walk to Defeat ALS and Associate Director of the National Walk Program. Earlier in their career, they served as the Walk Program Director at The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter. Allison also has experience in special events management, having worked as a Manager of Special Events at Teachers College, Columbia University. Allison began their career at GE Asset Management in roles such as Relationship Development Associate and Data Integrity Analyst.

Allison Lardner completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications at Fairfield University from 1997 to 2001. In 2010, they also obtained a Professional Certificate in Fundraising from New York University.
