During their tenure at Pier 1, they held various roles including VP, Head of Merchandise Planning, Director of Merchandise Planning for Textiles, Lighting, Decor, Seasonal/Fashion, Director of Merchandise Planning for Furniture, Director of Allocations for Tabletop and Decor, Director of Merchandise Operations & Corporate Planning, Sr Manager of Corporate Planning & Analytics, Sr Financial Analyst for Store & DC Operations, Merchandise Planner for Textiles, and Merchandise Analyst for Decor. Before Pier 1, Justin worked at RadioShack as a Channel Specialist for Store Inventory and Supply Specialist for Vendor Management.
Justin Grice attended Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Texas Christian University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management.
