Kelsey Ensign is a Humanities Policy Fellow at the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, where responsibilities include advancing interdisciplinary commissions on democracy reform and the economy through policy research, program review, and publication editing. Prior experience as a Doctoral Researcher at Vanderbilt University involved extensive collection and analysis of historical materials, complemented by a position as a Teaching Assistant that facilitated undergraduate discussions on historical debate.
