Although established as a freight forwarder, handling internationally bound cargo in the New York Hudson River area, our focus on providing seamless product and information flow has helped us to grow to the point where we now offer an entire suite of complementary services - Customs Broker, Freight Forwarding, Logistics operations, Trucking and Warehousing.

The Import Operations team at American Shipping Co. Inc. is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the import process. This includes handling import files, overseeing non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) breakbulk operations, and ensuring that all imported goods comply with U.S. Customs regulations. The team works to ensure efficient and timely clearance of merchandise, leveraging their expertise and participation in various automated programs to provide seamless service to clients.
