Darryl Garth

Darryl Garth is an experienced mortgage and finance professional with a diverse background in loan origination and management. Since October 2020, Garth has served as Branch Manager at American Eagle Mortgage and has concurrently held the title of Senior Loan Officer since April 2018. Garth's expertise spans various roles at American Home Mortgage, including Team Lead and Senior Team Lead since June 2017, and as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at AnnieMac Home Mortgage since September 2016, specializing in FHA, VA, and Conventional loans across Georgia and Florida. Prior experience includes loan origination at CBC National Bank and First Century Bank, with a focus on all loan types and an average closure of 8-10 loans per month. Garth was also CEO of Indigo Investment Solutions, where development deals for multi-family residential projects were generated.
