Matt Lautenbach

Matthew Lautenbach is an experienced professional in athletics and educational program management, currently serving as the Director of Student Activities and Athletics at The American Embassy School in New Delhi since July 2023. As the founder of International School Aquatics, Matthew has established a community connection through conferences and virtual swim meets. Previous roles include Director of Holistic Learning and Athletic and Activities Director at Vientiane International School, where Matthew successfully managed and enhanced the athletics program from August 2019 to July 2023. Earlier positions encompass Athletics and Activities Director at Innova Academy, Aquatics Director at Cairo American College, Head Coach at Forest Grove Swim Club, and Aquatics Director and PE Teacher at Western Academy of Beijing. Matthew earned a Master’s degree in Athletics Administration from Endicott College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government.
