William Gati

President, Scholarships, Historic Architecture, And Tours at The American Institute of Architects

William Gati has extensive work experience in various fields. William started their career in 1986 as an architect and designer at William Gati Architecture Studio. William also served as a board member at The Queens Foundation for Architecture, Richmond Hill Historical, and The Coalition for Hemophilia B. Additionally, they worked as a freelance licensed tour guide for Historic Architecture Tours and as an expert journalist for New York Real Estate Journal. Apart from their architectural pursuits, they are a talented musician, serving as a pianist and booking agent for various establishments. William also worked as an adjunct associate professor at New York Institute of Technology, teaching courses on design integration and REVIT. Furthermore, they held significant positions at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), including president of scholarships, historic architecture, and tours. Currently, they serve as an organist at The First Church of Christ, Scientist.

William Gati has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The City College of New York in 1982 and a Master's degree in Urban Design from the same institution in 1984.
