Mike Janela

Mike Janela is an experienced sports and digital host currently working for the New York Mets since April 2019, where responsibilities include hosting and producing content for various Mets platforms and events at Citi Field. Janela has also been a host and producer for MSG Networks Inc. since March 2018, leading segments on NFL and NBA topics. In addition, Janela serves as an on-air host for the American Kennel Club, generating content for dog-related shows. Previous roles include hosting live trivia game shows, producing viral video content, and managing digital content for the Guinness World Records. Janela holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
