Susan Emerson

Susan Emerson, APMA®, ChFC®, currently serves as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since July 2009, where her role involves understanding clients' goals and providing tailored financial advice. In addition, Susan has been an Obedience and Rally judge for the American Kennel Club since 2001, focusing on training and competing with Border Collies in various events, including obedience, rally, sheep herding, and agility. Prior experience includes serving as Director of External Products at American Express from April 1998 to January 2005, where responsibilities included negotiating business arrangements and developing engagement strategies. Educational credentials include an Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠ (APMA®) from the College for Financial Planning, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College of Financial Services, and a BS in Music and Theater from St. Cloud State University.
