Roberta Kimelton

Roberta Kimelton has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Human Capital Management for Lake Havasu City since September 2021. Additionally, Roberta has been the Assistant Dean at the Arizona American Legion College since January 2019, focusing on developing leaders within the American Legion Family. As the CEO and Principal Consultant of RJK Group LLC since December 1987, Roberta has provided strategic consulting services. Previously, Roberta worked as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Peoria, Arizona, from March 2008 to April 2015, before retiring from that position.
