Charlie Javier

Charlie Javier serves as the Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor for the US Navy since May 2021, providing essential guidance on substance-related matters while reporting directly to the Commanding Officer. In addition, Charlie holds the position of Leading Chief Petty Officer at the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) since September 2005, and works as a Radiologic Technologist, performing basic diagnostic radiographs and operating limited medical X-ray equipment. Prior experience includes serving as Directorate Leading Petty Officer in the US Navy from January 2018 to November 2020. Academic background includes attendance at Rancho Alamitos High School from 2000 to 2001.
