Hassan El-Kassas

Hassan El-Kassas currently serves as a Part-time Instructor at AUC School of Business Executive Education, focusing on Global Employment Relations and Sports Law Diplomas since March 2023. Since February 2009, Hassan has held the position of Senior Director/Associate General Counsel at The American University in Cairo, where responsibilities include assisting the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with office strategy and supervising the legal team. Previous roles include Business Law Instructor at Misr International University from February 2018 to May 2022, and various legal positions including Trainee Attorney and Attorney at Law at Raya and Farahat Law Firm, respectively. Hassan holds an LL.M in International & Comparative Law from The American University in Cairo and an earlier degree from Ain Shams University, completed in 2008.
