Moataz M. El-Dakroury

Moataz M. El-Dakroury is an experienced academic and professional in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at The American University in Cairo since February 2021, where responsibilities include preparing course material, conducting tutorials, and leading class discussions. Previously, Moataz held the position of Research Assistant and Senior Lab Teaching Engineer II, managing multiple laboratory courses within the Mechanical Engineering Department. Moataz also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Higher Technological Institute, instructing various engineering courses and facilitating active learning for over 200 undergraduate students per semester. Internships at multiple companies in the oil and gas sector provide practical exposure to design and manufacturing processes. Moataz is pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Power Engineering at The American University in Cairo, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technological Institute and a summer school program focused on sustainable energy at the University of Cologne.
