Naglaa Hassan

Naglaa Hassan currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Program Development Unit (Instructional Design) at the American University in Cairo's School of Business, a position held since September 2012, and also teaches Evaluation and Assessment for Educational Leaders courses. In addition, Naglaa manages academic advising processes as the Associate Director of Professional Development Programs. Previously, Naglaa worked at BBC International School from June 1992 to July 2011 in roles such as Quality Assurance Director, overseeing school improvement initiatives, and Academic Director, where responsibilities included faculty recruitment and stakeholder communication. Naglaa also has experience as a College Board Test Center Supervisor at AMIDEAST in 2010-2011, focusing on maintaining a fair testing environment and assessing staffing needs. Naglaa holds a Master of Arts in International and Comparative Education from the American University in Cairo, earned between 2008 and 2014.
