Paola Valdez Estrella

Paola Valdez Estrella currently serves as the Executive Assistant of North American Operations, Finance, and Administration at The American University in Cairo, where responsibilities include managing the Secretary of the Board of Trustees' complex schedules and providing administrative support to the Director of Finance. Previously, Paola worked as an Operations Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools, enhancing document submission metrics and supervising a grade team, and held positions at Maman NYC as a Barista and at BC TRIO SSS in various roles including Group Lead and Peer Lead. Paola's involvement extended to college leadership as a Senator at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and as President of the CMSV Chapter of Women Everywhere Believe. Educationally, Paola earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mount Saint Vincent and participated in summer studies at Syracuse University.
