AYSO
Aditya Pandian is an experienced Emergency Medical Technician currently serving at Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc. and UMass Amherst EMS, specializing in emergency medical care, patient assessment, and basic life support. Additionally, Aditya holds the position of Director of Youth Referee Development for AYSO Section 2, focusing on the recruitment and development of youth referees, and achieved the National Referee certification at a record young age. Aditya has officiated at high levels in youth soccer under US Soccer, conducted research on childhood health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and held roles at Golden Eagle Summer Sports Camp, enhancing leadership and conflict resolution skills. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at UMass Amherst, Aditya's commitment extends to teaching anatomy and physiology as a future teaching assistant.

Established in 1964, AYSO is a national non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies: Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development. Today, AYSO has 40,000 teams and more than 300,000 players. It also employs 23 people at the AYSO Office in Torrance, California to help support the volunteers that run programs in their local communities.
