Garen Airapetian currently serves as the Head Soccer Coach for Group 10U Region 795 with AYSO since August 2023 and as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since September 2022. Garen has been the Founder and CEO of First Knight Financial, Inc., providing statewide insurance solutions since 1998. Garen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the State Engineering University of Armenia and a certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.

Established in 1964, AYSO is a national non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies: Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development. Today, AYSO has 40,000 teams and more than 300,000 players. It also employs 23 people at the AYSO Office in Torrance, California to help support the volunteers that run programs in their local communities.
