Jon Witte

Jon Witte has a diverse work experience spanning over 8 years. Jon began their career as a Desktop Support Intern at The AMES Companies, Inc. in August 2014 and later served as a Desktop Analyst from November 2014 to November 2016. Jon then transitioned into a System Administrator role, where they worked from November 2016 to January 2021 before being promoted to a Security Systems Administrator position, a role they currently hold.

In parallel, from February 2014 to August 2014, Jon worked as an Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

Prior to joining The AMES Companies, Inc. and Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Jon was employed at Best Buy as a Computer and Tablet Sales Associate, where they assisted customers in making informed decisions about computer and tablet purchases based on their specific needs.

Jon Witte obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Jon has obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. These include the ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in September 2021, the Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera in August 2018, the Certified Meraki Network Operator from Cisco Meraki in December 2017, the MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager from Microsoft in April 2016, and the CompTIA Security+ and A+ certifications from CompTIA in May 2022 and June 2014, respectively.
