Antoinette Lazarus

Ms. Lazarus is a Managing Director and Head of Secondaries Compliance in the Ares Compliance Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, she was the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Landmark Partners and was responsible for designing, building, and enforcing Landmark's compliance program to ensure adherence to U.S. federal and state securities laws and the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Ms. Lazarus is a Corporator at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and serves on Boards of the St. Francis Foundation, The Hartford Community Loan Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Housing Development Fund, Inc., Simsbury Performing Arts Center, Inc., and is a founding member of 100 Women Who Can (Farmington Valley Chapter).
