The AND Group helps organizations derisk growth by grounding critical decisions in real customer perspective.

Through structured, real-world engagement, we help leaders build conviction, stay aligned with the market, and deploy capital with confidence.

Whether informing a specific decision or maintaining alignment over time, we bring real customer perspective into the process—helping organizations deploy capital more effectively, reduce wasted investment, and improve growth outcomes.

Two distinct ways to derisk growth:

Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) provide organizations with an ongoing, structured way to stay closely connected to the people they serve. Through facilitated sessions with carefully selected customers, consumers, or stakeholders, leadership teams gain continuous insight into evolving needs, priorities, and perceptions. These boards go beyond feedback—they create a trusted forum for dialogue that strengthens relationships, informs strategy, and helps organizations make more confident, customer-centered decisions over time.

Customer-Informed Innovation helps organizations make smarter product and strategy decisions by engaging customers, consumers, and stakeholders early—before key investments are locked in. By observing and interacting with people in realistic contexts, companies gain a deeper understanding of how ideas perform in the real world. The result is not only sharper insight, but stronger internal alignment and clearer, customer-grounded narratives that support both decision-making and go-to-market success.
