Abigail Lewis

Abigail Lewis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Andersons, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Abigail held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Oswald Companies from August 2016 to July 2023 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ProMedica from August 2015 to August 2016. Abigail's career in recruiting began as the Director of Recruiting at MassMutual Ohio from February 2012 to August 2015 and also included a role as Account Manager at Enterprise Fleet Management, where oversight involved managing over 300 businesses and developing fleet management plans from May 2005 to February 2012. Abigail began their professional journey as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from November 2003 to April 2005. Abigail earned a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services and Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University, attended St. Ursula Academy, and brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and account management to their roles.
