Eric Bickley

Eric Bickley is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at The Andersons, Inc. since November 2021, Eric previously held the position of General Manager at The Senator Group, where significant improvements in operational performance, quality processes, and product launches were achieved. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Faurecia, overseeing a large manufacturing team in a high-volume facility, and Operations Manager at OPW, focusing on quality and delivery enhancements. Earlier experiences include critical leadership positions at Tenneco, where Eric managed a start-up facility, and roles in manufacturing engineering and quality, demonstrating a commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and is pursuing an MBA from Lourdes University.
