Laura Roberts

Laura Roberts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration and human resources. Currently serving as an Analyst II for Workers’ Compensation at The Andersons, Inc. since April 2016, Laura is responsible for data management and compliance related to the company's workers’ compensation program. Prior roles include various positions at Marshall Melhorn, such as Executive Assistant to the CFO and Finance Team Coordinator, as well as legal and real estate positions at Gallon, Takacs, Boissoneault & Schaffer Co., L.P.A. and The Danberry Co., Realtors. Laura began their career as a Caseworker at The American Red Cross and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Toledo.
