Len Louis

Len Louis serves as the Senior Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety for the Rail Group at The Andersons, Inc. since March 2018, focusing on safety, environmental compliance, and strategic EHS planning. Prior to this role, Louis was the HSE Manager at Mars Petcare, overseeing safety, environmental, and security programs at the Leipsic, Ohio site. Louis has a strong background in safety management gained through various positions at United States Steel Corporation, including Manager of Safety & Industrial Hygiene and Department Manager for Safety and Industrial Hygiene at different locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Safety Manager at PRO-TEC Coating Company and a Safety Systems Specialist at BP. Educational credentials include an Associate degree in Arts from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University.
