Matthew Vanfossan

Matthew VanFossan is an experienced Operations Manager currently employed at The Andersons, Inc. since October 2022, with previous experience at Kokomo Grain Co., Inc. from July 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included training employees on OSHA, IOSHA, and NFPA regulations, as well as managing training records and new hire orientation. Prior to these roles, Matthew served as a firefighter with the Greenwood Fire Department from April 2013 to July 2014. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Purdue Global, completed between 2019 and 2021, and has pursued education at Ivy Tech Community College Columbus and Indiana State University.
