Michael Finch

Michael Finch has extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Supervisor at The Andersons, Inc. since November 2020, following roles as a Shift Supervisor and Process Operator at Valero Energy Corporation from November 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, Michael worked at Green Plains Inc. from June 2012 to December 2018, holding positions including Sr Ethanol Production Operator, Material Handler, and PSM Coordinator. Early career experience includes a role as a Student Assistant at Jackson Community College from September 2010 to June 2012 and as a Supervisor at Sparton Corporation from October 2003 to April 2007, as well as serving as an Assistant Manager for Cabinet Design at Menards Cashway Lumber from June 2000 to January 2003. Michael holds an Associate degree in Applied Science with a focus on Alternative Energy from Jackson Community College and graduated from Jackson High School in 2001.
