Michael Peterson

Michael Peterson currently serves as Profit Center Manager at The Andersons, Inc., a company that provides ingredients and supply chain solutions to the pet food industry. Prior to this role, Michael was the Founder and Co-Owner of ACJ International LLC, also focused on the pet industry. Michael’s extensive experience includes serving as Global Purchasing Director at AFB International, where responsibilities involved managing the purchasing function for pet food palatants, and Director of Purchasing at Doane Pet Care Company, overseeing purchasing and trading for US pet production facilities. Michael began a career in purchasing as Director of Purchasing at Purina Mills and previously worked as a Commodity Trader at ADM. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
