Steven Oakland

Steven Oakland is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS). He has served as a Director of TreeHouse since March 2, 2018, was appointed CEO and President effective March 26, 2018, and Chairman in April 2023. TreeHouse is North America’s largest private-label food and beverage producer, focused on customer brands and custom products, with a network of manufacturing facilities across the United States and Canada.

Prior to TreeHouse, Steve served as Vice Chair and President, U.S. Food and Beverage of The J.M. Smucker Company (Smucker’s) (NYSE: SJM), a manufacturer of branded food products since May 2016. Spanning thirty-six years, Steve spent most of his career at Smucker’s, serving in increasingly senior positions, including President, Coffee and Foodservice, President, International Food Service, President, U.S. Retail-Smucker’s Jif and Hungry Jack, and General Manager of Smucker’s Canadian operations.

Steve has served on several community, private, and public company boards, including the Foot Locker Board from 2014 to 2025, where he was Chair of multiple committees. He is currently on the Board of Directors of TreeHouse Foods, Inc. and FMI, The Food Industry Association.
