Kristen Anderson

Kristen Anderson, CPCU, AINS, API, CSM, is currently a Senior Product Development Analyst at The Andover Companies since August 2017. Prior to that, Kristen held various roles at MiddleOak from August 2008 to August 2017, including Senior IT Project Manager, Systems Project Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Personal Lines Processing Supervisor, Billing Services Supervisor, Customer Care Quote Specialist, and Billing Services Representative. Kristen has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Salem State University and holds certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), and Associate in General Insurance (AINS).
