Dereck Fritz

Dereck Fritz, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2009, they completed a Management Internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Dereck then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Susquehanna Bank from July 2010 to October 2011. Later, they joined PNC as a Financial Sales Consultant from October 2011 to October 2012. From October 2012 to August 2016, Dereck worked at Wells Fargo, initially as a Consumer Loan Underwriter and later as a Loan Administration Manager. In 2017, they joined Homesale Mortgage, LLC as a Processing Analyst and moved on to become the VP of Finance at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty in August 2018. Additionally, they have valuable experience in the PA Army National Guard, serving as a Disbursing Manager/Customer Service NCOIC/Auditor since August 2010.

Dereck Fritz, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Delaware Valley University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a focus on Finance from 2006 to 2010.
