Joshua Klockow

Joshua Klockow is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and facilities management. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at PIC Wire & Cable since September 2022, Joshua previously held roles including Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Facilities Manager at Phoenix Lighting, and Manufacturing Engineer at Hayes Performance Systems. Joshua's expertise includes implementing Agile methodology for project management, leading facility upgrades, introducing predictive maintenance practices, and managing complex machine build projects. Prior experience also includes Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor and Industrial Engineer roles at Generac Power Systems, where Joshua oversaw teams and drove process improvements. Joshua holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
