Catherine Keating

Catherine Keating is an experienced deacon currently serving at St. Johns York Mills Anglican Church in the Toronto Diocese, with a tenure beginning in October 2006. Key contributions include coordinating children's ministry, co-founding the Centre for Excellence in Christian Education, and developing strategies to connect Scripture with daily life. Catherine promotes the concept of WIJD (What Is Jesus Doing) and leads the Barnabas Ministry, providing pastoral support and engagement with the community. Prior to church service, Catherine worked for 13 years as an Education Officer with the Government of Ontario, focusing on literacy and numeracy initiatives.
