Linda Nicholls currently serves as Area Bishop for the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, a position held since February 2008. Previously, Nicholls worked as the Coordinator for Dialogue for Ethics, Interfaith Relations & Congregational Development at the Anglican Church of Canada National Office from February 2005 to January 2008. Nicholls began their career in education as a High School Music and Math Teacher at Woodstock International Christian School from July 1977 to June 1982. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Ministry focused on Unity & Diversity on Moral Issues from the University of Toronto Wycliffe College & Toronto School of Theology, a Master of Divinity from Wycliffe College, and both a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto. Nicholls completed high school at Sir John A. Macdonald Collegiate and Lord Byng High School.
