Rebecca Babekov

Rebecca Babekov is an experienced surgical service patient care assistant currently working at The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center since July 2021. In this role, Rebecca attends surgical rounds, organizes daily schedules, scrubs into procedures, assists doctors during surgeries, and prepares operating rooms for various surgical types. Prior experience includes positions as a surgical instrument veterinary assistant at the same center, veterinary assistant/receptionist at Astoria Animal Hospital, kennel volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society, and various roles in administrative and marketing functions at WBMB Baruch College Radio, Aglow Dermatology, Better Health Medical Center, and Northwell Health. Rebecca holds a degree from Baruch College and a high school diploma from Forest Hills High School.
